Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

The terms «You» and «User» are used throughout the text with reference to all individuals and/or entities accessing this website for any purpose or reasons.

1. Subject of Service

1.1. The Service means the provision of services to provide access to the online course courses in psychology, aromapsychology, aromatherapy, aromacology, olfactotherapy, nutritionology, coaching, energy practices («Course»). The course starts on the dates and the period, according to the information on the website or otherwise. The course is located on the platform: Getcourse or Telegram.

1.2. The course includes video recordings, audio recordings and text materials, as well as tasks for independent work. After the end of the course, access to it is maintained at the time specified on the website or otherwise.

2. Accounts

2.1. On the day of the start of the course, users receive a login and password to the mail, a link to the chat in the telegram, a link to the course.

2.2. When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2.3. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

2.4. Services are considered rendered from the moment of issuing a login and password to the mail and access to the chat in telegram.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1. Payment is made in the amount of 100% prepayment in the amount according to the information on the website or otherwise. The other fees and other expenses payable and the timing of such fees are set out on the https://aroma-power-club.com/, https://aromatherapy-institute.com/ (and their subdomains) websites.

3.1.1. The Payment of services does not include commission charged by banks or payment systems for making a payment.

3.1.2. In case of partial payment for the Services, access to the service opens on 31 days from the date of payment (for programs that start outside the stream) or on 31 days from the date of start of using the service according to the stream schedule (if the program starts on a certain date). If partial payment is not made within 31 days of the last payment, access to open classes will be suspended until the next payment is received. After payment is made in full, access to the services opens for an unlimited time or for the period specified on the program website.

3.1.3. The Contractor provides the opportunity to book a place on the course in accordance with the conditions specified on the website. In this case, the cost of services is the difference between the cost of services and the amount of the reservation made.

3.2. Company makes every effort to hold fees stable for each term of service. However, the Company reserves the right to increase fees at any time; any increase will be notified to you at least 3 days before the increase takes effect. The liability to pay fees and all other expenses is the joint and several liability of the people who have signed the Terms and Conditions.

3.3. A User whose fees have not been paid in full or in accordance with an agreed fee payment plan before the start of term of service at any time be excluded from attending until full payment is made. Users are liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by Company in the recovery of any unpaid fees regardless of the value of the claim.

3.4. Fees for additional subjects taken at term of service are not eligible for a discount or refund if the User discontinues the additional tuition during the course.

3.5. From the moment of issuing a login and password to the mail and access to the chat in telegram the payment is not refunded, since the services are considered rendered.

4. Use of Content and Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. By using this website you acknowledge and agree that all content and material available on it, such as text, logos, graphics, images, and software, are protected under Lithuania and international copyright, trademark and other laws. All content and material are the property of Company or its content suppliers or clients. Company reserves the exclusive right to the compilation of the content of this website (meaning its collection, arrangement and display). This right is protected by Lithuania and international copyright laws.
4.2. By using this Website you agree not to capture, sell, license, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, edit, copy, reproduce, or reuse the content of this website in any other way for any public or commercial purpose.
